In addition to purchasing guidance, I take care of the whole selling process: drawing up a sales strategy, collecting the legal documents, arranging the mandatory energy performance label, having the house measured according to NEN2580, arranging professional photos and presentations, listing your property on Funda, take care of showings, handle negotiations and finally monitor the settlement at the notary.

In addition to the best price, you want to be able to rest assured that only serious buyers will view your property and that your privacy remains guaranteed.
